Hockenberry Sentenced for Selling Synthetic Marijuana

Scott Allen Hockenberry, 37, 993 Park Ave., Clearfield, pleaded guilty to criminal conspiracy, manufacture/delivery/possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced by Judge Paul E. Cherry to 90 days to one year in jail and two years consecutive probation.
