Hog Outlook: Record $5.6 Billion of Pork Exported in 2014

US - Last year the US exported a record $5.6 billion of pork and $1.0 billion of pork variety meats. That averages out to $62.45 of exports for each US hog slaughtered in 2014, writes Ron Plain and Scott Brown, University of Missouri.
