Available in 3 models with up to 6 spindles, VSS-2 Series provides precision sizing of bores from 0.149–2.0 in. dia in stamped parts, hydraulic valve bodies, gears and sprockets, parking pawls, and rocker arms. Spindle carriage provides 28.5 in. stroke and up to 250 ipm stroking speed. Using series of progressively larger superabrasive tools adjusted to pre-set diameter, High-Precision Single Stroke Honing® process produces <2 micron cylindricity in bores up to 10x longer than diameter.
