Horn's departure a "significant blow", US dealers say

The US dealers association released a statement in which they strongly criticize the move made by VW of America CEO Michael Horn. Last week's departure of the Chief Executive Michael Horn from the head of Volkswagen Group in the United States was an unexpected outcome for the German automaker who was struggling to agree with the US regulators on a fix for its over-polluting cars, nearly six months after the September disclosures.
