Houston homebuilder to expand outside of Texas

The luxury custom homebuilder reported that it is finalizing negotiations for about 120 homes in suburban Nashville and plans to begin building in three to five communities there this fall. Plans to move to Nashville have been in the works for about two years, President Jim Lemming said in a statement, because of the city's strong economic outlook and similarities to places where Partners in Building currently operates.
