Houston midstream companies close major acquisitions

Targa Resources closed its Atlas acquisition, and Marlin Midstream and Azure Midstream closed their deal to create a $500 million partnership. Houston-based Targa Resources Partners LP and its general partner, Targa Resources Corp. , on Feb. 27 closed the acquisition of a midstream master limited partnership and its general partner in two separate deals valued at $7.7 billion , including debt.
