Wind turbines are in the news lately for causing the deaths of protected species such as golden and bald eagles, as well as hundreds of thousands of flying bats. While green energy proponents sing their praises, others lament the federal support, obtrusiveness, noise, etc., of the giant wind turbines. Theyre fine, but they should not be subsidized. I dont like them. Theyre inefficient or an eyesore. Dont know.
