CEO Carlos Brito used Anheuser-Busch InBev's post-results conference call yesterday to introduce analysts to an "intellectual synergy" the brewer has adopted from SABMiller. Step forward 'Category Expansion Framework', a business model AB InBev implemented across all markets in 2017 - and one that Brito seems very excited about.
