How low can oil go? Exxon CEO says it's prepared for $40 crude

Exxon Mobil Corp. can withstand $40 a barrel crude oil prices, Rex Tillerson, the company's CEO and chairman, said on CNBC. Crude oil prices have been in freefall in recent months, with West Texas Intermediate prices falling below $70 this month.
