Hundreds to lose mine jobs as boom days end

Hundreds of mining jobs around Australia are set to go in 2016 as the final construction projects from the China resources boom near completion. With major projects like Gina Rinehart's Roy Hill and Chevron's Gorgon LNG edging towards the end of the construction phase, thousands of workers are looking for new work in a much weaker economy.
