Hundreds without power in Richmond Hill and Etobicoke

Toronto Hydro said it's working to fix an outage in Etobicoke, in the area bordered by Highway 401, Rathburn Road, Highway 27 and Martin Grove Road. In Richmond Hill, PowerStream said 100 homes and businesses are still without power, and crews are hoping to have it restored by 8 a.m. UPDATE: Crews continue restoration efforts to the approx 100 customers that remain affected in #RichmondHill .
