Hunt Consolidated in the hunt for Oncor; but NextEra reportedly leads the pack

Hunt Consolidated officially is in talks with Energy Future Holdings to acquire Oncor , according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing. Bloomberg reported on Wednesday, however, that Florida-based NextEra Energy Inc. has emerged as the leading contender for Oncor, citing people with knowledge of the situation.
