Housed in NEMA 4X/IP65 die-cast aluminum enclosure with hinged cover, Model KBAC-217 is rated 5 hp and operates from 230 Vac line, while Model KBAC-416 is rated 10 hp and operates from 460 Vac line. Both units are watertight for indoor and outdoor use. S-suffix models contain factory-installed On/Off AC Line Switch, which is equipped with mechanical interlock that prevents drive cover from being opened unless switch is set to OFF position.
