The economic environment in the aftermath of the financial crisis meant many brands became lazy about their working capital, almost half of which is tied up in the supply chain. As interest rates start to rise, Kurt Cavano founder and chief strategy officer of global commerce platform GT Nexus, suggests many need to look at new ways of freeing up working capital in their supply chains.
