IDT and Altera Simplify SyncE Compliance for Ethernet Node Designs

Integrated Device Technology, Inc. and Altera Corp. today reported their success using IDT network communications solutions with AlteraA FPGAs and Altera IP cores to build flexible Ethernet nodes that comply with ITU-T SyncE requirements. IDT's 82P33731 Synchronous Equipment Timing Source for 10G-40G Synchronous Ethernet was used alongside the Altera devices.
