IREC's Solar Power Purchase Agreement Toolkit aims to reduce solar soft costs and assist local governments and other public entities seeking to install and finance rooftop solar systems. Provided in user-friendly format, resources help overcome common challenges and costs associated with retail solar power purchase agreements (PPAs). To empower municipal entities that seek to utilize solar PPAs, toolkit workshops and webinar will supplement this toolkit with hands-on training.
