(Telecompaper) UK broadcaster ITV plans to turn off its channels for an hour in order to encourage viewers to get out and exercise more. The stunt is part of a campaign by UK sports clubs after the Olympics. ITV will switch off all seven of its channels from 9.30 hours on 27 August, showing only the message "We've gone running why don't you join us?". The 'I Am Team GB' campaign is organised by the National Lottery and ITV as part of the celebrations for the returning Olympians.
