Iconic East End Chef To Help Give Jones Beach Eats 'Taste of Long Island'

The New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation announced this week that it has selected Centerplate to operate food and beverage services beginning this summer at Jones Beach State Park. And to top it off, the company is partnering with iconic East End chef Tom Schaudel, to consult on the menu.
