If adopted, Denton fracking ban would face legal tests

Denton Mayor Chris Watts says that if his city adopts a fracking ban Tuesday, it won't be the end of the story, but the beginning. The oil and gas industry, the state and landowners are already threatening to try to block enactment of the anti-hydraulic-fracturing measure - the first proposed in Texas - if voters approve it Tuesday.
