When used in compliance with its intended protection level, Sendix 7000 encoders reduce existing explosion hazard. IECEx-certified series, which includes such safety features as Safety-Lock™ flameproof housing design and IP67 rating, is approved throughout Europe for ATEX zones 1, 2, 21, and 22. As absolute multi-turn or single-turn encoder, series features both SSI and field bus interfaces, provides up to 5000 ppr, and has -40 to +140°F range. Aluminum housing has 145 mm installation depth.
