Wall Street Journal: U.S. Secretary of Energy Ernest Moniz has postponed a trip to India that was planned for next week, a spokesman for the Energy Department official said late Wednesday, in a sign of the worsening fallout over the arrest of an Indian diplomat in New York last month.
