(Telecompaper) Indian messaging app Hike has launched a new service for customers to access basic services without the need for a mobile data connection. The 'Total, Built By Hike' service gives access to messaging, news, top-ups, a mobile wallet, rail information, cricket scores and horoscopes. Customers access the free services through a form of USSD.
