Jakarta Post: An area of forest the size of eight soccer fields is lost every hour in Jambi, Sumatra, leaving forests in the province in a critical condition, according to a conservation organization. Today, there are only about 1 million hectares of forest left in Jambi, or one-fifth of the provinces total area of about 50,000 square kilometers.
