Industry Minister James Moore approves Wind Mobile buyout deal, with conditions

A plan by an investment group led by Tony Lacavera to buy out Wind Mobile's majority shareholder has won approval from Ottawa, as the company promised to grow its business across Canada. Industry Minister James Moore approved the deal under the Investment Canada Act, while Industry Canada approved the spectrum licence transfer.
