Indutrade has acquired all of the shares in Verbeeck Packaging Group, Wilrijk, Belgium, with annual sales of EUR 5 million. Verbeeck Packaging Group is specialised in packaging solutions for the cosmetical, pharmaceutical, food and household industry.
