Infiniti's Bartsch is out as Americas chief

Michael Bartsch, a former Porsche executive hired in 2013 to lead Infiniti in the Americas, has left the company in the latest executive shakeup at Nissan's luxury brand. Parker, 48, will steer a brand that has lost U.S. market share the last two years.
