Inspectors raise food safety concerns with pilot program - GAP

Food safety concerns have been raised by government inspectors taking part in an inspection pilot program, according to an advocacy organisation. The Government Accountability Project released affidavits from four US Department of Agriculture inspectors who raised worries about the speed of processing lines and the number of trained USDA staff in the plants as part of its Food Integrity Campaign .
