(Telecompaper) European data centre operator Interoute announced that Aleph Capital Partners and Crestview Partners have agreed to buy a 30 percent stake in the company from Emirates International Telecommunications. Interoute said it expects that the backing of the new investors will enable the company to make more acquisitions and build its business in the UK, US and across Europe. The acquisition is expected to close by the end of April. No financial details were disclosed. Interoute operates over 67,000 km of lit fibre, 12 data centres and 31 collocation centres, with connections to 195 additional third-party data centres.
