Model EB3C discrete input/output barriers have redundant outputs for use in hazardous locations. Barriers can be combined with one another or with additional industrial automation and component devices for flexible design of industrial equipment. Product's hazardous side operates below heat- and spark- producing energy levels, so input and output devices do not require hazardous location ratings. Units have European ATEX ratings, UL Class 1 Zone 0, and are IEC60079-compliant.
