Authorities believe a driver's use of a hand-held cellphone played a factor in a collision that resulted in a fire in Johnson, Vermont. The Lamoille County Sheriff's Department says 22-year-old Kelsi Sharron of Stowe was traveling west on Route 15 and looked down at her phone.
