Investigators say local guardrails could be dangerous

Is the guardrail that's supposed to protect you, actually putting you in danger? The Trinity ET-Plus is a guard rail that lines roads and highways throughout the state and our area. Seventeen states have banned them and Pennsylvania has halted new installations, at least for now.
