Hedge-fund giant Nelson Peltz and PepsiCo Chairman and CEO Indra Nooyi have become friendly just months after Peltz launched a tough proxy contest against her and the board. Peltz is co-chair of the Board of Trustees for the Simon Wiesenthal Center.
