Globe Gazette: Iowans are feeling firsthand the effects of climate change, a coalition of Iowa scientists said Friday. Those impacts include heavy rain that contributes to flooding, weather extremes that carry health consequences for people with respiratory conditions, as well as contracting more insect-borne illnesses.
