BusinessGreen: Draft climate change legislation to be considered by the Irish government today has been criticised for failing to provide binding targets for emissions reductions or make provisions for an independent monitoring commission.
Environment Minister Phil Hogan is expected to bring the Climate Change Bill to the weekly Cabinet meeting with the aim of publishing the final legislation by the end of 2013.
