A new shopping plaza is being planned at the foot of one of the highest income areas in York County. The Shoppes at Wyndham is slated to be built across from York College in Spring Garden Township near the affluent Wyndham Hills and Rosenmiller Farms, where the average home value is $390,000, according to Realtors.
