Jacksonville Police and Fire Pension Fund sees double-digit year for investments

Mayor Alvin Brown's Chief of Staff, Chris Hand, makes his presentation on the pension reform package at an Oct. 22 meeting at Jacksonville's City Council chambers. Another double-digit year for investments helped the Jacksonville Police and Fire Pension Fund brighten its financial picture, but the city still has a long way to catch up with continuously growing pension obligations.
