(Beloit, WI): Regal Beloit Corporation (NYSE:RBC) announced today that Ms. Jane Warner has joined the Company&rsquo;s Board of Directors as a Class &ldquo;C&rdquo; Director with her initial term continuing until the 2014 annual shareholders meeting.
