Jarden Announces Upsizing And Pricing Of Common Stock Offering

The size of the offering has been upsized to 16,000,000 shares of its common stock and priced at , subject to standard closing conditions. In connection with the offering, Jarden has granted the underwriters an option for a period of 30 days to purchase up to an additional 2,400,000 shares of common stock.
