For a guy who isn't yet a candidate, Jeb Bush sounded an awful lot like he was giving a stump speech Friday. "I truly believe that this incredibly great country is on the precipice of the greatest time to be alive," the former Florida governor and possible 2016 Republican presidential candidate told the National Automobile Dealers Association's convention at the Moscone Center.
