The revised Aptos Safeway expansion plan, unveiled by Safeway's Deborah Karbo at the Rio del Mar Improvement Association meeting on Oct. 22, does not address the major concerns of Aptos residents: scale of the development, traffic and infrastructure and support of locally owned businesses.
