Jim Rogers writes the book on how to bring electricity to impoverished parts of the world

Former Duke Energy CEO Jim Rogers has been busy since his departure from the company 17 months ago, and his efforts include a book that's scheduled to be published Aug. 15 by McMillan. "The book focuses on bringing electricity to the 1.2 billion people in the rural parts of the world who have no access to it," he says.
