Jim Underhill out as Cushman & Wakefield reshapes U.S. brokerage

Jim Underhill is out as CEO of the Americas for real estate brokerage Cushman & Wakefield Inc., which is in the midst of making some major changes to its U.S. leadership team. Underhill, who was the first CEO to hold the post not based in the firm's New York headquarters, is being replaced by John Santora , the leader Underhill replaced about four years ago.
