Featuring two FANUC D21 RoboDrill Vertical Machining Centers being serviced by single, articulating FANUC LR Mate 200iD robot, Twin RoboDrill JobShop Cell can load and unload multiple parts at one time, at less than 1 sec/part. Cell also utilizes FANUC Robotics' IR Vision System with flex vibratory in-feed system to bring parts into cell. Providing troubleshooting and maintenance capabilities, FANUC 31iB5 control lets users analyze systems and receive notifications when adjustment is required.
