U.S. Attorney John Vaudreuil said Friday that five central Wisconsin people face federal charges of selling and distributing heroin.A grand jury handed down the indictments Wednesday, the prosecutor said in a statement. The Wood County Dispatch Center says the county's 911 system is not working properly.According to the Center, the system is having intermittent outages and other issues because a fiber optic cable was cut.Officials say if 911 is not working, call 715-421-8701.The center says it may take several hours to get the system working correctly.
