By Bay City News FAIRFIELD - Anthony Lamar Jones , the accused killer of 13-year-old Genelle Conway-Allen, will be arraigned Wednesday afternoon in Solano County Superior Court, Solano County District Attorney Donald A. du Bain said this afternoon.
