MANHEIM, PA – KITO Americas, Inc. announced today that the company has entered into a stock purchase agreement to acquire PEERLESS Industrial Group from WESTVIEW CAPITAL PARTNERS II, L. P. (WESTVIEW) by purchasing all the shares of PEERLESS Industrial Group, INC. (PEERLESS).
