Kane to Tout CT's Pro-Consumer Law Before MA Legislature

State Sen. Rob Kane, R-32 , will testify before Massachusetts lawmakers on Tuesday, Dec. 1, in favor of legislation to protect new car buyers. The legislation, which Kane sponsored in Connecticut and is now state law, requires new car dealers to deliver a printed explanation of the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act to the buyer at the time of the sale of a new motor vehicle.
