Designer Kate Spade , who left her namesake company under new ownership eight years ago, is going to be doing an accessories collection featuring a full-scale line of shoes and some handbags - the category in which she first became known - for the holidays. The name of the new brand has yet to be determined, but for legal reasons associated with the sale of New York-based Kate Spade & Co.
