Keenan Loubser has joined IPC staff as senior director of certification programs. Loubser will oversee IPC's certification programs, maintain and build relationships with IPC training and certification centers around the world, and manage IPC’s certification team. With nearly 20 years of experience in information technology, training and certification on international level, Loubser most recently served as senior portfolio manager for certification and learning at Hewlett-Packard.
