Nearly two dozen workers from the Kenneth Cole outlet in Secaucus exchanged their normal work attire for T-shirts and jeans earlier today and reported to the Palisades Emergency Residence Corporation -- or PERC -- for a morning of packing shopping bags with food, preparing blankets and more.
